    I should be worried about them but they usually screw themselves. Imagine the Mongol Horde making to France and you have to make a reconquest of Europe, or face everything you know being destroyed. Or in order to save yourself, you become a loyal vassal and get benefits.

    Can they please add some more anglo saxon earls in the 867 start date? The rulers of wessex and mercia immediately give away most of their counties to randos anyway, it solely makes it so you can't play as like the earl of London in Ironman. And it's too easy to beat the vikings if you play as one of the petty kings. I want to play as an English vassal. And yes, I played as the mucel and it's nowhere near as fun since you can't play the marriage or development game at all until you've practically blobbed and are probably a duke.
