    Does anyone else really hate how factions are basically binary? Either they don't exist, or they press their ultimatum ASAP?

    State 0: Faction doesn't exist

    State 1: Faction gets started, everyone and their mom immediately joins it, Ultimatum in 9 months - i.e. exactly not enough time to do any sort of personal or intrigue scheme

    Basically the only real way to deal with one once it's actually started is just to win the war against them. And then the spamminess of them, how every ruler below 80 opinion basically always joins any faction. Every single succession you need to fight a civil war too.

    It'd be so much better if factions were actually something that take time to develop and spread, giving you time to prevent it. Loyalists factions to counteract them. Meaningful events/event chains that make you gain/lose support of vassals. The ability to meddle in another realm's internal affairs via events or schemes.

    But then when one does fire, it should actually be a big deal, not "10 years passed, its time for your next liberty war!" "yes honey"

    While going for achievements: "reconquista" and "sibling rivals" I was wondering what is the use of creating every duchy in Iberia. As you can see some duchy titles exist, others don't and so far I haven't come across problems. Can someone elaborate? Thanks
