I just thought that this dude is hilarious

He is an imbecile that doesn't understand anything besides war (and has a fairly poor grasp on it either), he is a godless maniac (maybe he doesn't even understand a concept of god lmao) who rips heads off people all berserker-like. If this isn't the most typical depiction of an rpg-barbarian class, then i dont know what is XD

Very much looking forward to Royal Court. Main thing I’ve missed from CK2 is the artifacts and collecting them.

This is b.s.: You can press a claim on behalf of a courtier who can leave your court in the middle of your war, ending the war instantly

    Posted: 01 Aug 2021 08:54 PM PDT

This has now happened to me a couple of times: I've tried to install dynasty members (who are my courtiers) on foreign thrones and gone to war to press those claims. But despite the war you're undertaking on their behalf, those ungrateful courtiers can leave your court in the middle of hostilities! If they do, then boom, the war ends because you no longer have a pressable claim (though the game does not inform you of what has happened correctly—it just says that the owner of the war target no longer owns the target, which is not true).

Anyhow, this is straight-up b.s. If you go to the trouble of pressing a courtier's claim, they should at least stick around to see how it turns out! At the very least, they shouldn't be able to (or even want) to leave if your war score is positive. Why would this guy bail on me when I was on the verge of making him king of West Francia? Ridiculous!

Is there a way to "cede" a title to your liege?

    Posted: 02 Aug 2021 10:34 AM PDT

I'm currently in a multiplayer game. A buddy of mine is my liege, and we are going for the formation of Outremer after a successful crusade. As you are aware, there's lots of conquering to be done, so we are constantly juggling with titles, trying to keep the best ones for ourselves and keeping potential rivals relatively weak.

I am not keen on getting too many vassals myself, so is there any way I could return one of my titles to my liege (another player)? Or is the only chance for him to revoke the title (with the known consequences that we'd like to avoid)?

I guess that revocation is the only way, but to avoid tyranny would mean getting a claim first (time consuming). Still, I wanted to ask in case I missed something.
