So after several hundred hours of playing Crusader Kings 3 I finally got the chance to be a cannibal and I jumped on it. Now I have the decision "Insular Cannibalism". The only requirement that I don't meet is to make my court chaplain a cannibal. But how the heck do I do that? It doesn't look like there is the option to convert him like there is with witchcraft. Do I just have to get lucky?
