I remember it took me about 1500 hours to realize the best way to get a perfect council is to just go to the character finder, filter by "will join court, is in range" and then it'll give you a list of all potential recruits, getting a 20+ council this way is super easy as an emperor!

What other small things have you noticed after so long?
