How to become a gay person?

So I got this vassal of mine who's male and is homosexual. I swayed him so his opinions of me is high for now, but it is expiring soon. I want some opinion modifier that will last long so he won't conspire against me and join factions, such as a lover. Thing is, I'm not a homo. Is there anyway for a character to become gay?

How can your kingdom survive inheritance?

Seriously it feels impossible, I always have a faction form and send and ultimatum within a year of my character dieing and moving onto the next. On top of that I go from having the maximum amount of counties I can have (usually about 7) to 2 or 1. Ontop of that I would have to have a positively ridiculous amount of gold to hire enough mercenaries to beat the rebellion.

What do?
