- Leads a battle once:
- I typically play a very just and kind ruler, but after a very stressful and very long defense against a crusade, this felt so, so worth it.
- Geography from CK... I’ve learnt so much without even realizing it
- There is so much to unpack here
- Context is for the weak
- man has a point
- I love doing campaigns that involve realm founding decisions
- Geez Uncle, I know what you want
- Forget the Two Sicilies, I'm all about the Two Croatias
- My First Custom Map!
- My first iron man game! One ruler managed to finally form Rome, and take all of Iberia and Francia!
- First successful CK run. Count Alfred to God-Emperor!
- Genius + attractive granddaughter has cancer, why do I expect anything less of this game...
- After my brother made a cadet branch, his house became the founding house, and mine became the cadet.
- Nothing to see here, just a married bishop and a 16 year old pope (sry for the Bad quality).
- This was on Ironman
- Theocratic Francia - Protip in comments
- The absolute state of my sister in law
- Faama Richard the Lionheart is Norman no More. How does this keep happening?
- Probably the best heir I’ve ever had
- I just remembered why I don't like playing in HRE

Geography from CK... I’ve learnt so much without even realizing it Posted: 20 Dec 2020 07:27 AM PST I was talking to my sister who wanted to take a vacation to Hungary and I realized that I literally have a mental map of Eastern Europe and the Balkans seared into my brain. I could place where Hungary was in relation to Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, Romania or Bulgaria and it was shocking to me how much I had absorbed from CK. This map is a few centuries out of date but if you had asked me a year ago to put Switzerland or Azerbaijan or Georgia on a blank map I wouldn't have been able to do but I can pretty much get it spot on now just based on historical kingdom locations. I'm not sure if knowing the borders of the heptarchy in England is useful but I sure as hell could give a good go identifying them if it came up on jeopardy. It's like this passive absorption of world geography that is pretty neat. Anyone else have this experience? [link] [comments] | ||
